Speed was the key! Staff Hedayat Yarus is skilled with his partner. It was a challenging task to pullout the old faulty Water Heater JH35 (been w / us for 15yrs) and replace a new one inside the cabinet’s restricted opening.

Contacted Homeone to replace my faulty water heater. Then through their engineer , i found out my previous ID contactor did not install a few safety feature when installing the water heater.
Due to the unique installation of my previous heater, the engineer have to study and come out a solution to install the heater with all the safety feature included.

They replaced my old tank with a new one. Very well done. They checked the drain pipe several times to ensure everything is already. The replacement took almost 3 hrs.
